I studied design in Manchester before moving to London in 1990 to work on the television show Spitting Image.

Before long I became seduced by the world of advertising, working as an art director in some of the capital's best-known ad agencies. But I kept up my illustration work throughout.

Over the last twenty years my drawings have appeared in national newspapers and magazines including The Times, The Telegraph, Time Out and GQ, and on company reports, book jackets and bus-shelters all over the world.
